ARTISON KICK-STARTS FCS CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE
On 11th May 2017 Artison organised a Kissan Meeting @ Castle Inn Hotel to initiate the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certification Process. FSC Certification is a practice widely popular in the developed countries and is known to be the yardstick for carrying out plantation in socially and environmentally responsible way. This is probably the first time a private organisation in Madhya Pradesh has taken initiation for FSC Certification.
ARTISON ADDRESSED LOCAL KISSAN MITRA SAMMELAN
On Wednesday the 10th May 2017, Artison addressed the Kissan Mitra Sammelan organised in Khandwa Agricultural College by the local agricultural authorities. Artison explained the usefulness of bamboo plantation and the profit that a farmer can make out of per acre of bamboo plantation far exceeds that of an ordinary crop.
PARTICLE BOARD UNIT TO INVEST 700 CR
Audhoydhik Kendra Vikas Nigam (AKVN) to allot land to Artison for Particle Board Project. Subsequently land will be alloted to Artison for MDF project.
ARTISON WILL START BUYING BAMBOO SOON
ARTISON today announced that they will start buying “Katang” bamboo. The announcement was made public on 3rd April 2017 issue of “Dainik Bhaskar”, the local daily newspaper of Madhya Pradesh.
SIEMPELKAMP SHOWCASED ARTISON IN DELHIWOOD
Worlds’ leading particle board machinery manufacturer recently signed a contract with ARTISON for their bamboo-based Particle Board production unit in Madhya Pradesh. SIEMPELKAMP showcased the project in the recently concluded DELHIWOOD exhibition (March, 2017).
IKEA SIGNS LOI WITH ARTISON
IKEA recently signed an LOI, showing commitment to procure the bamboo-based particle boards from ARTISON. In a meeting @ Radisson Blu (New Delhi), the letter was presented to ARTISON’s President and CEO Mr Dave Mukherjee by the representative of IKEA Sweden’s Purchasing Services Team. This is an acknowledgement towards the effort that ARTISON has put towards saving the forest and creating a sustainable alternative to wood and timber.
